She is quite a talent.
I treasure her performance of "Fools Fall in Love" from Smokey Joe's.

Another example of our crazy country. A person with a successful career and no health insurance??! We have got to do better America!

This is terribly sad, especially the fact she doesn't have insurance.
My thoughts are definitely with Crosby in this time of need. Hope she gets through this.

A lot of actors don't have health insurance--the enormous (and increasing) costs of living in New York make it very tough.
That said, I don't think there's a stroke in the world powerful enough to keep that woman down.
I ask in all honesty/What would life be?/Without a song and a dance, what are we?/So I say "Thank you for the music/For giving it to me."

The problem is not with "our crazy country." She should have health insurance through the unions that represent her.
