"How does an almost average family navigate today’s over-stimulated and over-medicated world? In this darkly funny and haunting new musical, one suburban household confronts its past and its future. With provocative lyrics and an electrifying score, Next to Normal explores how far two parents will go to keep themselves sane and their world intact. Straight from its successful run at New York’s Second Stage Theatre, Next to Normal is directed by Michael Greif (Broadway’s Rent, Grey Gardens) and features Alice Ripley (Broadway's Side Show)."

I've just heard rumblings that she would play Kristina if it were ever to transfer to Broadway.

Given her rendition of Kristina's big song "You Have To Be There" it's hard to imagine who COULD play Kristina and do it better...but she was Ulrika. :)

Eastern Shuttle is great ~ thy pick up in times Square and are like $35 round trip! :) There are actually several "Chinatown buses" that go to DC for about that rate. I just prefer Eastern.

Trips start at $1. They are replacing Greyhound as my provider once they get their Baltimore stop set up.
Also, I will definitely be seeing N2N at least 5 times!

Thanks for the info...I will have to find a bus company closer to home, since I don't live in NY. The Thanksgiving holiday seems like the PERFECT time to go though!
