Mario Lopez will be in major cities promoting his new fitness book Knockout Fitness and he will be in Borders San Francisco on monday for a book signing.
(I might still be able to acquire a signed book if anybody is interested.)

I'd rather read a book by Nick Adams on Knockout Fitness.

"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."

There is a reason why ACL reached out to Mr. Lopez and that is the combination of his magnetic personality, good looks, professional integrity, popularity and talents.
Nick Adams though also talented is basically a nobody and wouldn't generate the same buzz that ACL have generated that would translate into big bucks at the box office.
I wouldn't describe Nick Adams as "basically a nobody"..... that is harsh and unfair to a talented singer/dancer/actor. Perhaps he is unknown to the country as a whole, but he is a SOMEbody in the theatre community. from RC in Austin, Texas
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)
Met him. He was quite nice. And quite nice to look at. Looks great on stage with Jessica Lea Patty. Have seen it twice since he started and I think he is improving. It's surprising how some on this site can't seem to give him a break.
I, for one, was excited and proud that he would be making his Broadway debut as Zach in A CHORUS LINE.
The numerous changes and modifications done to the show in order to meet his demands totally turned me off and I gave my tickets as a Graduation gift to my friend's niece.
I rather watch 12-hours of SAVED BY THE BELL before I see Mario's slaughtering of A CHORUS LINE.
When does he go back into the show? I know he was doing the book tour but on an entertainment show yesterday, there was something about him on a beach with a girl on a mini vacation. I didn't catch the whole thing. I think it was the couples segment on Extra.
Well he doesn't seem to be turning into that box office gold that everyone hoped he would (and before someone tells me he's been out for the last few weeks, I KNOW. I mean before that.)

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...
