Oh that goddamn little tree with the needles falling off gets me every time.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing. ~ Muhammad Ali

BB, I gave someone an animated musical card that plays "Christmastime Is Here," while the PEANUTS gang decorates the tree.
Salve, Regina, Mater misericordiae
Vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra
Salve, Salve Regina
Ad te clamamus exsules filii Eva
Ad te suspiramus, gementes et flentes
O clemens O pia

We had that card at work. Everyone bought them- one woman bought it for herself.

Elphaba - it just might be that they didn't WANT to search for an earlier thread. It's no crime to start a new one.

"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien

I'm a sucker for the ending of "It's a Wonderful Life". It gets to me each and every time I see it.
Hey Dottie! Did your colleagues enjoy the cake even though your cat decided to sit on it? ~GuyfromGermany

Dottie they sell replicas of the Angel at Walgreen's......the one she holds at the end.

true Mamie, just seems silly to waste the space when so much is there already, which can be added to (and enjoyed)
