I heard that Anne Rice was at the signing at the very end, but I didn't get to see her.

You might have to pay a few bucks more, but why not just buy one from the merchandising stand at the theater? One advantage of this is that you can usually get some of the actors to sign it backstage after the performance.
I hear there's going to be a new version with some bonus tracks available for the National Tour.
