The crawl said it was a stroke. A LOOONNNNG time ago the Enquirer said he had AIDS. So who knows?

I saw some random interview with him awhile ago... if i remember correctly he was living in Prague or something and looked CRACKED OUT!! He could hardly form sentences. Who knows

Wasn't his name Leroy in Fame?

That's so sad. Wow, he was SO young in Fame...I still have the episode of the Fame TV series where Doris dreams she's in the Wizard of Oz...I think Leroy was the Scarecrow in that. I must have watched that about 900 times when I was little.

Yahoo reports that he was HIV-positive and died of a stroke.
