Whenever you don't want to take responsibility for decisions you make, you can call it an inarticulate moment.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

goth, if you're gonna slam him about this do it right.

the full quote reads:

"it just was a very inarticulate way of saying something, and i had one of those inarticulate moments late in the evening when i was dead tired in the primaries and i didn't say something very clearly. but it reflects the truth of the position, which is i fought to have the wealthiest people in america share the burden of paying for that war. it was a protest. sometimes you have to stand up and be counted, and that's what i did."

unfortunately, according to a washington post article the next day, that comment came at a "noontime appearance" at marshall university.

Thank you, papa.

And really, Goth, you think that one inarticulate moment is going to turn Dems off their candidate? Please. Let's quit judging our candidates by high school popularity standards and look at actual policy.

Ah, sheer brilliance that sums up in a song what this election is really about: shallow, moronic accusations and "personality" issues rather than actual, substantive policy.

Just as Plum asserted correctly that one inarticulate moment won't turn the Dems off of voting for Kerry, clearly Bush's many inarticulate moments haven't hurt him with millions of other voters. Make fun of him if it makes you feel better, but it really doesn't do any good in the long run. Plum is right - pay attention to substance, not this crap that means nothing.
