who on earth would want a Civil War Jacket? That was one of the worst shows I've ever seen in my life... Yuck.
"I don't really get the ending,all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang,and later she kissed him on the toilet,after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung,and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen,and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady?Please help me,thank u very much!"

Posted: 2/26/04 at 11:59amI am not a fan of Frank Wildhorne's music. To me, the show was nothing more than 30 Tenors standing in a row belting their highest notes for 2 hours. (ouch - my ears!) The best scenes in the show involved the African American ensemble - those moments were the only ones in the show that were played with true heart and soul.

Posted: 2/26/04 at 12:13pmI don't even remember the cast - and believe me - I am not putting them or their individual talents down - I applaud and admire anyone who can get a job in this business - they must have something to offer the theatre-going public. Its just the show itself that I hated - my friend and I had to restrain ourselves from walking out on it - we were thinking of leaving, and then the Slave scenes began and the show came alive. I just think Mr. Wildhorne's music is one-dimensional and not at all interesting. The acting and singing were fine. Its the show that stunk.
