A little over 1 year of Biden being POTUS has produced some of the following things, all not good. Crickets from the BWW who were so thrilled about him being elected. How are you all feeling now? Please notice the links below are all from left leaning news organizations with exception of "townhall.com" and that link is just basically reporting breaking news.

I think a lot of us are glad there is an adult in the White House right now that actually understands what is going on.

Maybe there isn’t a lot of discussion, because a Broadway World message isn't the place to have nuanced conversations about major geo-political and foreign policy choices.

And as far as Covid is concerned name 1 thing you aren’t allowed to do now because of Covid?

Other than having to wear a mask in a few places I can’t think of a single way my life is actually restricted in anyway.

"And as far as Covid is concerned name 1 thing you aren’t allowed to do now because of Covid? Other than having to wear a mask in a few places I can’t think of a single way my life is actually restricted in anyway."

For the most part, COVID restrictions are determined by local government (State, City, etc) so it really has little to do with who is sitting in the White House IMO.

"Buyer’s remorse is happening. Regardless of my political party, I knew he’d ruin our country so I didn’t vote for him. His party is slowly turning on him, the media is turning on him, and his numbers are plummeting. The only thing that can maybe raise his numbers right now is declaring covid endemic and lifting all covid related mandates/restrictions."

I admit I never liked Biden but I have been surprised how far left he turned.  I did not think he would try to IMO destroy the gas/energy industry by shutting down pipeline and stop drilling in places. I filled up this morning and paid $3.75 a gallon and it will get worse. His open border policy is really disturbing with millions of illegals entering country and many not checked for COVID. I believe 1 million people a year enter the country legally and that should be enough. Biden's over the top speech (Jim Crowe 2.0) about Georgia voting law was so bad that even fellow Democrats said it was too much. Nobody disagreed about getting out of Afghanistan but the handling of it by Biden was horrible and cost lives. I could go on but don't want to make this too long.

His numbers are plummeting because he is not far left enough (ha ha) for some in his party and the independents are concerned with inflation and supply chain of everyday items. In addition, he is old and appears weak.  It does not take a genius to figure out he to put it kindly is going senile, many of us have seen it with elderly parent or grandparent. His pick of VP has been a disaster, think her approval ratings are worse than Biden's.

I get people hated Trump with his tweets and brash personality to put it mildly. I am sure people are glad that he has been fairly silent for the most part. That being said, if you ask people are they better off today than they were the last day of Trump's term, most people would say no.

You don't get to claim "crickets" on the first post of a thread. And maybe it's not the topics that people ignore but the bad faith framing you use.

It's literally that ^

You starting a thread attacking a Democratic Liberal on a website that is 99% Democratic Liberal is just silly and a waste of your time. No one will ever agree with you that we were better off when a despicable, stupid, useless, racist, rapist was in charge.

I love Joey Robinette and I think it's amazing that an adult is in charge, has been a great leader, and actually cares about America. It's cute you blame him for inflation after a pandemic. That's.... I don't have the words.

You're in the wrong place but you have a great day in President Biden's America!

People who are blaming Biden for Russias invasion of Ukraine and the horrible exit from Afghanistan are the same people who thought Donald Trump was a peacekeeper! The same man who thought Kim Jong Un was a great leader!

The fact that you would with delight post a video of the President of the United States stumbling while boarding his plane, shows what a ****ing right-wing Trump-loving punk you are.  We are in the beginning hours of a global crisis, not of our making, and you choose this moment to demean the leader of the free world,  You disgust me, as you always have.

Honestly, did you think I actually thought anybody would agree with me about politics on BWW. My main reason for posting it was because all that was posted here politically for a long time was how wonderful life would be as soon as Trump was gone. Just for the fun of it, play role reversal with me. If Trump had won and still was POTUS would you have blamed him for inflation taking off as it has the last year. How sad you think Biden is a great leader - OMG. FDR was a great leader, JFK was a great leader and Reagan was a great leader. Biden is not even close. Have a great day.

I know you are old enough to remember everybody laughing at President Ford when he fell and was very clumsy.  Heck, Chevy Chase made a career out of mocking him on SNL. What is the matter old man, you have no sense of humor.  Look straight in the mirror and tell me if Trump or Bush fell going up Air Force One steps you would not have laughed or mocked them. I would rather be a punk than a pompous old man like you who can only handle posts by people who agree with him. My Mother taught me to respect my elders but you are the rare exception.

Normally, I would agree with you. The reason I claimed "crickets" was that there have been no posts about the many problems this country is facing now and questioning what Biden is doing about them. I am pretty sure if a Republican was in the White House, this 99% Democratic board (per Sutton Ross) would have several threads about the situation and blaming the republican POTUS.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "bad faith" framing but I am open to civil discussion on how I could do better. I will not be civil if I am insulted and called names by people like "Highland Guy", I will respond in kind. If treated decently, I will be the same to others. Take care, I am out.

It would be so much worse. Trump would send our troops to help Russia achieve Putin's overall plan to overtake 15 countries to make Russia a true superpower. I can just see Trump flying over to shake hands with Putin to congratulate him on his achievement.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Oh goodness how wrong and sickening this statement is. Thirty counties including the USA, many from Europe, Canada, make up NATO which has the “fundamental goal is to safeguard the Allies’ freedom and security by political and military means”. One article states when one NATO country is attacked, it is viewed as a collective attack against them all, and the other NATO counties will come to their assistance. When NATO was created in 1949, it’s purpose was to provide security to Europe from the rest of the Soviet Union. While not a member, Ukraine is a partner, meaning, we/NATO can provide weapons to fight but we cannot fight Ukraines battle. But once Russia goes into a NATO country, then we can fight. Lets not say statements like this when you know they’re very wrong.

That is if we have president that recognizes the importance of NATO, but let us take a look at some of our former President's words on the subject.

"Even before taking office, US President Donald Trump's relationship with NATO has been a tumultuous one, to say the least. He has disparaged the trans-Atlantic alliance, once describing it as "obsolete" and a relic of the Cold War. Here are Trump's most memorable quotes about the military alliance, even if they are at times false."

"Trump caught NATO members off guard when he claimed the alliance was "obsolete" and threatened to withdraw support. "I said a long time ago that NATO had problems: Number one, it was obsolete, because it was designed many, many years ago.'"

"During a 2018 rally in Montana, Trump hit out at European allies, saying: "They want (us) to protect against Russia, and yet they pay billions of dollars to Russia, and we're the schmucks paying for the whole thing."

So don't sit there and pretend like we didn't just live through the last 4 years with a total Putin sympathiser

^ Correct. Burr, you made a very wrong statement then deleted it and the op used it to prove his asinine points. You don't seem to understand or know that Trump and Putin were broheims so.... He would have said nothing. Did nothing. Nothing.

How incredibly disappointing your ignorant views have turned out to be. Yikes.
