I Love these queens, just sad it's not more since it seems like it'll be a quick season. And curious if they'll stick with an all-stars format? Snatch Game of Love, etc.
I haven’t smiled so hard for a long time and I loved every second of this episode until the talent show. But then Jimbo took the stage and I started to live again. Janey was great I thought and even though it wasn’t “much”, I still thought it was better than the majority of the songs the girls sang. Blu was maybe the biggest surprise of the night with that talent, though. So fun and so original.
But Jimbo. I’m ELATED that Ru & everyone “gets” her humor. Seeing as a lot of the other girls don’t seem to understand it, I could see her being out fast if she’s in the bottom esp now that she’ll be considered a “threat”.
I also completely agree with the eliminated queen. I love how Ru always looks SHOCKED when they announce who they picked.
Def. don't agree with the queen they sent home. DYING to see her snatch game this year. The saved queen's performance was very blah and boring. But also why did Juju get such a pass? Her performance was meh and her runway was dated. I would have thought she was in the bottom.
I'm surprised there was no Uk 2 queens at all considering we've had 2 seasons since.
And agree. Jimbo is a star. I love her sense of humor and though she's not always great - I hated her runway makeup/black - she's entertaining and fun.
After 500 seasons, we know that Juju is NEVER going to have the best runway look but everything else (ok, maybe not her “talent” in this episode) is why she’s a star and one of the best.
On 21 December 2021, World of Wonder announced that RuPaul's Drag Race: UK Versus the World would premiere in February 2022, with the BBC adding that the series would coincide with the relaunch of BBC Three as a television channel. The series will feature nine international queens who have competed in the Drag Race franchise around the world. The series was filmed in March 2021, in Manchester at the same location as the third series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK.
This season has the two best performing queens of the challenge "Lip Sync for the World", with the winner of the lip sync earning a gold "RuPeter Badge" and choosing which one of the bottom queens to eliminate.
The first-of-its-kind All Stars for the franchise debuted on Tuesday on BBC Three in the UK and WOW Presents Plus globally, pitting Drag Race queens from across the world against one another in host nation, the UK.
Are any of the USA queens reviewing the show? I know some are doing little bits here and there, but with the US season currently running, just curious who was reviewing the show here? Any podcasts, etc?

Latrice and Manila recap it on their podcast The Chop.
Sadly, Juju should have gone this week. But the only thing this week that’s made me happy is seeing Jimbo do so well. Jimbo is amazing but this show proves she aint good at lip syncing so I don’t know how she’ll ever get a badge.
Jimbo doesn’t quite know how to channel her amazing weirdness into lip syncing. I don’t know if it’s a result of content not matching her aesthetic, or if Jimbo just misunderstands that she can meet the song with her energy rather than pretend she’s some fierce queen who lip syncs to dance music all the time, but it’s going to make it hard for her to claim a badge even if she ends up in the top two every week. In no world was Janey’s ball presentation better than Jimbo’s (except the final category, but not by that much), and even her lip sync was meh, but it was technically the better of the two, so…
I thought the episode last night was a fun time. I really enjoy this combination of queens even if I find some of them individually mediocre. They feel like real drag queens working together instead of reality show contestants, which brings just the right energy to the room. And Ru is obviously having a great time.
I feel like no one really talks about how interesting it is to have a queen with actual Capital C Clown training under her belt. Her artistry is firing on a totally different level the other queens, and it’s fascinating to watch.

And Ru completely gets it, which is refreshing after Canada’s Drag Race so fundamentally misunderstood her.
They just finished the Rusical and I needed to stop the episode. That was the worst thing I’ve ever seen on this series, I think. Who writes that sh*t? I hate that these girls are going to be judged on something so awful that they had to perform. Pangina is the only one came off decent here.
