I purchased seats p101 and p102 after seeing reviews on a seating chart website, not realizing until after my purchase that the tickets say wheelchair accessible and companion. This is at the Walter Kerr theater. I emailed customer service but according to seat geeks website there are no refunds. Does anyone know if theres going to be a seat there? Im not sure what to do and also dont want to take away from someone who needs it.

There likely will be a seat there. Usually wheelchair locations at older houses are created by temporarily removing seats. Under the ADA, theaters can release accessible seating for general sale after certain conditions are met, so the staff won't even blink.

I’ve done this at the same theatre. It was a few days before the show and I purchased a seat. Checked the seating chart later that day and saw it was wheelchair accessible seat but was sold as a regular seat. Got to the theatre and a seat was there (just be careful since my seat was very wobbly).

Also depending on the theater someone may call you 1-2 days before performance asking your accessible needs. This happened to me once for Harry Potter when I bought a seat 5 days before performance (accessible seat that then became available to the public to purchase.)
