Anyone else feel like this website needs an update...stylistic wise?  Every time I log in I feel like I am back in 2004 lol....

The only thing that bothers me zbout this site is all the pop ups. And then I think...right, its free.

I've been saying this for years. I remember first coming across the site back in high school and when I say practically nothing has changed, that is quite literal. But whatever. It's not earth shattering, regardless.

Yes, but most FREE websites like to look aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate because (HELLO!) The only thing bringing this website money is ad revenue and it's a glitchy mess with a barely functioning ad block protector. This website is NOT optimized to live in 2021. Free or Paid doesn't change that. There is an expectation to maintain a level professional site design that it sorely lacks.

Don't come here if you don't like it is not a valid answer when your website is hard to use, poorly formatted and not optimized to be used in the year of our Lord 2021. It's not be who is suffering because of that. It's the website. There is nothing here that Playbill isn't providing in spades on a much more user friendly interface. Those of us who still come here is because we've done so at this point for over a decade. It's glitches are known to us. It's ugly is known to us. (As I type this I'm getting the teaser trailer for 2007 Hairspray movie that is literally just a list of names as the playlist goes through the same 5 videos they have for months) If the goal is keep people interested in this site, they're not doing a good job nor have they in a very long time. 

If it doesn't bother you, that's fine, but don't stick your fingers in your ears and act like people are making **** up.

Saying you don't mind, doesn't make the site design good. That's the what we're getting at here... I play video games that are glitchy as hell because I do enjoy them. It doesn't mean I'm not allowed to comment on the fact that it's a glitchy mess. You're echoing the same **** as "Don't like America? Then leave!" That's the energy you're giving. It's in Rob's best interest to bring this site into 2021 instead of charging money for a slightly less glitchy mess.

Why exactly is it in Rob's best interest? It seems like people keep coming back, so why spend the money and time? You aren't a paying member of this website, so you have no right to complain. Oh, and if you don't like America, it kinda makes sense to leave instead of just bitching all the time, yes? 

You are entitled to nothing. Want this website to improve substantially? Pay for it.

Are you literally defending posts and entire pages going missing in message board thread that happens constantly and the best thing you can do to remedy it by trying a work around until it gets pushed to another page and hoping it makes it everything snap back together.

Nah but I did attend a whiny Bernie rally where you guys all think you are entitled to every single thing in the the world for FREE even though you have no idea where the money comes from. And if you do NOT agree with you people who threaten and assault people. It's kinda like those MAGA idiots. Hmmm...Weird. Take a basic economics class between Capitol riots if you ever make it to college.

If they ever charged money for this website, this board would be like a "ghost town". There are plenty of websites that are related to music, sports etc, that are free and do not have issues like the ones you have mentioned. I agree with you, just because it is free does not mean it should not be a professional site. Funny how mentioning issues is called "bitching" and not constructive criticism.

I've always found the site easy to navigate via the pulldowns at the top, or the 3 line thing on the phone. Maybe I'm just used to it? What don't you like?

This site is charging for premium membership and yet there's even more ads now. Every other message has an ad tacked on now. Constant pop-up videos/ads. Broadway reopens so I'm sure they're getting an uptick in traffic. I've been on the site more as well, but it's really hard to navigate and post without an ad popping up.

Ad free for me for the most part. Im happy to support the people who run this website, especially during the early days of pandemic when I upgraded. I didn't care about a mug or anything, just that my experience was very ad light.
