A disco song wasn't performed, because this pitiful group of gay drag queen PERFORMERS don't know any disco songs. Yet, they know a 20 year old song from a one hit wonder. Although it is a good song and I still own the cd, compare that to not knowing that Gloria Gaynor was the original singer of I Will Survive. Mercy.
Although now that I think about it, it may have been a good thing considering I Will Survive was butchered in Season 8. God that was horrible... I felt the cringe that day.
It's all so fixed. So fixed. The throuple should have been in the bottom, it should have been a triple lip-synch, and that horror Kandy Muse should have been sent packing.

Well, I enjoyed it. Tina looked gorgeous in the challenge. Olivia slayed it.
My disco knowledge as a younger gay man is def not that extensive - I love Kylie's new "disco" album though. But I'm sure a lot of it was clever editing.
But I have to say seeing the pictures of Studio 54 and all the guys dancing in thongs/speedos - I def wish that was still around!! ha
Elliott KILLED THAT LIPSYNC. She left it all on the stage and it’s raaaaaaare you see a queen do that. I hope everyone else has some respect for her after that.
Elliott WIPED THE FLOOR with that! Also this is the first time that Kandy Muse showed an outfit I actually really liked, which is something I could never say about Silky from Season 11.
It's too bad that Denali is fading in the background despite giving us a stunning look this week.
Elliot was great in that lipsync. Production must really like Kandy.....she talks and talks and talks. I'm not hating on Tina as much. The dislike is growing more and more for Gotmik. Just comes across c***y and dismissive to others. It's like she/he (not sure what pronoun to use) is play acting on how a twink should act. I did like the runway look.
Another year, another painfully unfunny improv challenge from the Ru girls. I mean, if you genuinely thought those skits were funny, we need to have a talk. I barely even want to watch professional comedians do improv. It’s a step up from karaoke in terms of secondhand cringe.
That being said, I thought Symone was the only one who came out looking even remotely in her comfort zone. I would’ve handed her an easy win. Everyone else ranged from painful (Utica) to just unfunny (Gottmik). That includes Olivia Lux, who I am just missing the boat on entirely. Unfunny performance and, conceptually, a fun outfit, but in execution it just felt off. (And I’m over the smiling all the time, “Oh my god, you guys!” schtick. It’s just grating to me now.)
I’m sad LaLa is gone, but she just didn’t bring it this week. And Elliott turrrrrrrrrnt the party with that lip sync, so I can’t argue Ru’s decision.
I’m just waiting for this season to kick into high gear. It’s really a bummer going from the stellar UK season one night to... this the next. The comparison really shows 13’s flaws.
When the bars reopen and live drag is back full time, I think Elliott is gonna pack ‘em in from here on out. Her being in the bottom last night might have been the best thing ever for her career.
Wow! What’s most telling is that she has stayed completely silent on her abhorrent micro aggressions. An acknowledgment of her ignorance and dangerous language could be a learning experience. Own up to it. Apologize. Listen to how her words have a negative impact on others and vow to do better. But she’s been completely silent. She should have already done this— but this issue isn’t really being picked up so it hasn’t caught any steam. Yet. Let’s see if these allegations start gaining traction and only then releases some half-assed apology. Too little, too late.
No matter how well she performed last night in that Lip Sync, hearing these accounts has completely changed my opinion of her.
I get the cringe but it’s a fascinating story. So hopefully they don’t put her on a pedestal or some sappy apology. I want to know the psychology behind it.

Worth knowing that they did not contact any of the victims before they put out this promo, they all learned about it together with us. And when all TWENTY of them contacted the producer's about it they were brushed off. This is not only the show, but the attempted relaunch of her Drag Career with her return to Instagram, relaunched website, and looking to get booked. This is not about getting to the bottom of it the psychology, it's just pure rehab that's going to paint her as some pitiful loser who got in over head and never actually touch upon that she pushed people to inject steroids that he paid for. The sexual videos he made them make as "auditions". The jobs he pushed them to turn down to continue working on this "Movie". It's ****ing sick. This isn't some just weird relationship **** like MTV's show, it's literally criminal.
JFC that was cringeworthy. Why on earth would he agree to do that interview? If he’s looking for “redemption” he sure as sh*t ain’t gonna get it from that.
I've been hearing rumors as long ago as *August* from folks in the drag community that Sherry was plotting some kind of redemption/comeback. Hopefully this flop of an interview puts the final nail in that coffin. It's absurd she's even trying it. Go be an accountant and live a quiet private life.
