If you have to self isolate for 14 days, then use this time for self improvement--think of it as a health retreat.
Weigh yourself, that's the first step. Throw out all junk food and be creative with the[healthy] food that's left before buying more.
Make a list of essential foods and get a friend to buy for you. There is no need to stock pile food.
Create a daily activity routine so there is something different planned every 2 hours.
Exercise for body, correct food for body that will also inner cleanse, mental exercises for the mind, meditate for the soul, think about others-family/friends/lover.
Limit alcohol /smoking-or quit like at a real retreat.
This is a time for self reflection, re invention, in isolation or not, so let's try and emerge from this situation as better/improved humans.
Perhaps others here can add suggestions for their own or others retreats.
We have been forced to alter our activities, given an enormous shake up and from this we might discover a totally different path from the one we were on. Take advantage of this situation and throw out the brain clutter and give fresh thoughts a path to enter.
