Comedy about a bank robbery Is not nearly as funny as the play that goes wrong. I walked out so disappointed. Their new show starting next month is called “Groan Ups.”

I really don’t think Bailey would have definitely won the Tony if he came over. He did “not getting married” much slower than NY audiences are used to and I don’t think he would have gotten the same ecstatic reception here. Not bringing the London cast was the right choice. They really just weren’t up to par for broadway. The direction elevated them a lot and its a glorious production, but it’s going to be so much better with an American cast.
Usher Pay On Broadway May 5

Half of the ushers leave once the show begins.
It is a union job, so they’re paid the same. I think the not for profit theatres have their own contracts and pay less, though with NYs minimum wage being $15 an hour maybe it’s more now. Google says the average usher is paid $25,430 a year, which sounds about right.

Beetlejuice has during the week later in the day, but I don’t know about the weekend. Someone has an extra burn this lotto ticket they’re selling In another post. Avenue Q will likely have rush available still if you haven’t seen it or want to see it again before it closes.
It’s like Sophie’s choice, but go see Hadestown now with the original cast and catch CFA another time.

Puffs, as can Cursed Child, can be enjoyed as stand alone plays by someone who knows nothing about Harry Potter. I would advise watching the first movie if you have time beforehand just so that a few jokes won’t go over your head that might otherwise.

People have been mentioning it a lot, though not in a thread dedicated to it. Everyone loves it. One person said they liked it but not as much as ferryman or apologia, which are both fantastic, so it sounds like it’s worth seeing.

Honestly, unless they’re huge theatre fans, they might like it. My friend did, as did most of the audience. But it’s atrocious other than the sets, costumes and choreography.

You can’t past date it until the day of the actual performance you want to attend. I would have bought this off you too if I saw this earlier. Bummer.

Thanks for summarizing the video in a nutshell. That’s exactly what is shown on that link.

Well, for your information, that is not how they ship them from triton. They sneered at this method and refused to sell me the flat

I saw it tonight and Trot Iwata went on for Michael and was much better in my opinion. He has a stronger voice, is cuter and a better actor. All of the changes since off-broadway are for the worse. I really, really loved it off-Broadway and was so excited for tonight but was so disappointed. So many over the top moments played for laughs now and it really ruined the whole show for me. It looked like a good high school production. I really wanted it to win Best Musical before tonight, but now
