I've been watching Tangled: the Series, and I realized that most of the cast has been on Broadway at some point. The lead cast includes Zachary Levi, Eden Espinosa, James Monroe Iglehart, and Jeremy Jordan, and guest stars have included Laura Benanti, Jane Krakowski, Donna Murphy, and Gavin Creel. It's awesome.
Are there any other TV shows that you've noticed have a lot of Broadway actors?
You know.
For research.

Literally EVERY show on TV features actors who’ve been on Broadway. I mean, even Mary McCormack from the now-cancelled THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT was a replacement Sally Bowles in CABARET. Then there’s MODERN FAMILY’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Sofia Vergara and Sarah Hyland, the cast of WILL & GRACE, Allison Janney in MOM, Sutton Foster in YOUNGER, it’s endless.
The Good Wife and the spin-off The Good Fight on CBS feature TONS of bway actors. Off the top of my head: Corey Cott, Nathan Lane, Karen Olivo, Christian Borle, Laura Benanti... SO many!!!
