It could be the computer I'm using, but has anyone else been experiencing issues with Telecharge? I can't see the seats available for a performance, it's being very odd. Am I the only one?

The same thing happened to me last night for Torch Song and Mockingbird.

I've noticed the same issue as well over the past few days. Eventually if you let the page sit/load for long enough, the available seats do show up. That being said, it's been operating much slower as of late and it's rather frustrating. Hopefully they figure it out and fix the issue.

Do it by phone

It's been doing that for all four of the shows I'm searching right now, but yeah... if you wait long enough (realllllly long) it'll show up. INCREDIBLY annoying!

(Phone is an option, but I prefer to search a bunch of dates online and find the best availability, then go to the box office to buy in person.)

Edit: FWIW, it seems to be fixed!

I am over Telecharge, but sadly, I need to use it.  Both Network and King Lear were horrible wastes of time.  When you get through the whole process and all you need to do is put in your cc security code and it will not let you do so, it is so frustrating.  I ended up having to call for King Lear.  When you call, they do not link the purchase to your acccount.  So frustrating.

I tried to get tickets for upcoming trips to NYC in October, December and May.  I got so frustrated that I wanted to scream...and for this we pay a $12 fee per ticket, or whatever it is.  I still have not been successful in getting a chart for Mockingbird that lets me see the seats available, although this is triggering me to try again when I finish this.  I can only assume that their technology staff is not up to the demands of the job, having spent my entire career in technology.  I spent my career in banking technology; had my projects had such poor implementations as Telecharge's appear to have, I would have been fired.

But, I WILL try for Mockingbird again.  (With King Lear, I finally let them choose my seats, out of sheer frustration; with Torch Song, I almost gave up, but finally managed to get a map of available seats for the performance that I wanted, and closed the deal..
