I don't remember the exact number, but it was 30-something. It was great! You shouldn't have any issues with one in the 20s. 

Edit: Found a picture of my ticket. It was J-31, all the way at the far end of the row. Honestly either seat should be just fine. The majority of the action takes place in the center. I mean, there are a few small details that might be missed with either seat (although based on what Notreallysilent said, you might be better off with J-23 since you'll be able to catch the stage left action with that), but with either seat I don't think you'd miss anything worth getting bothered over. I'm sure I missed one or two things with my side seat, but I didn't notice at all.

For the orchestra I do not think it really matters. The box seats are literally on the side of the theater so it’s a bit harder to see the ends of the stage. Having sat on both sides of the theater in the regular seats too, I do not think there is much of a difference.

I am taking my sister to the June 9 show. I have premium tickets (ugh so pricy but it's what was left) in Row B of dress circle, just slightly off center (110, 112). Last weekend I was just checking tickets to see if anything else opened up- I HATE that you cannot pick your own seat- and saw Orchestra row G seats 9 and 11! Unfortunately I made the mistake of returning my seats first, and then when I tried to buy them ticketmaster kept offering me my same seats back. :-/ It was after hours and by the time I could talk to a human the seats were gone, of course. I re-purchased tickets in Row B (114 and 116).

Anyway, I checked a few days later and saw Orchestra tickets + ATG lounge experience (so hey, free drink) in row S seats 1 and 3, on the aisle. The view from these seats looks pretty good, it seems like there is an incline that starts at row R to help with the view, but I've also been reading about the overhang which starts at row Q.

So, which would you pick? Dress circle near center row B, or Orchestra aisle + ATG lounge Row S (marginally cheaper)? Or try again for something better?

I had the same seats with ATG S 1 and 3. That view was great (pics in a previous post)

At this point, you probably won't be able to return the dress circle seats anyway, so it might be a moot question. That being said, the sight lines from row S in the orchestra are excellent, since it's a step up from row R, so that you're looking over the heads in front of you.

Sorry, I might be mistaken. Did you buy them before 4/3? If so, then yes, you can return them. If you bought them after 4/3, then it's past the return window.

If you already bought the new ones, (which it seems you have), you have a small big problem on your hands as you cannot return either set, unless you repurchased your dress circle seats before April 3rd. For others who want to play this game, hold the seat while you are on the phone, when time starts to run out, duplicate the tab, and it should bring you to the screen to select price point, select the price point again and you should have the seats but with a fresh 10 minute countdown. May not work for everyone. Once your other purchase is returned, you can buy the new tickets. This way you are holding them without buying them so if by chance you cant return, you haven't spent the $.

Also if you bought them after May 4th they are non-refundable.

You were lucky that TM gave you a refund. As you said, YMMV. I was turned down recently for a similar request. I did it over chat, and maybe I would have had better luck on the phone, I don't know.

Does anyone know where I can find the current official ticket refund policy? I'd bookmarked this link on Ticketmaster's site when I originally purchased tickets (http://help.ticketmaster.com/harry-potter-and-the-cursed-child-ticket-transfer-and-refunds/?_ga=2.263172495.249888380.1520741372-463309435.1518242797) but it no longer seems to work, and I can't find any current info on either Ticketmaster.com or in the FAQS on the play's website. Just want to be sure of the current return policy before buying a new set of tickets. Thanks!

Not the best bargain I've seen, but dress circle B 108 is available on Ticketmaster for this Saturday, 5/19, $165 per part.

Asked before, but how is the legroom in the side rows of the balcony? A bigger guy and looking at a seat in the middle of the row and worried about overall seatroom.

@LesWickedly - This doesn't answer specifically about the balcony, but maybe would make you feel better about the overall room in the theater: Two really big guys sat in front of me in the orch and they seemed totally fine. (It was just after that big discussion here on bigger people taking up other people's space so I had particularly paid attention to how they worked it out- but there was nothing to work out. They were fine!)

Does it appear to anyone else that the ticket release of Harry Potter has been one big scam? First they set up a special lottery for a “select group to line up and scavenge for seats. Then they have a second event a month later to release seats at 10am and have people juggling and guessing where there seats are located and how much they should pay. Not just pure chaos, but unfair price points because many of these same located seats have dropped drastically in price. The only good news is their generous return policy (by the way it keeps changing so beware). Those of you who purchased prior to April 4 have a liberal return policy, whereby later purchases have tightened up. Ticketmaster agents for the most part do not full understand the different dated policies so be careful and stand your ground, or call back and get a new agent that will really help you return your tickets when the first one refuses or gives you a hard time. What disappoints me most, is ,after waiting in a long que for 10,000 people to clear sales, and selecting my seats, a month later better seats miraculously show up. Not just a few seats, but hundreds all over the seating map ( with the exception of the $20 ones). How can they give you no chance to select your seat, dummy you for a price point, restrict you from buying tickets early in sales , and then they decide to release seats randomly a few weeks later after you purchsed those” coveted seats” you thought were so valuably good. Not only are better great seats released, but as time goes on even better ones show up! And some at better price points. The show has good reviews. People I have spoken to have enjoyed it. For the average person, the price to attend is high as its equivalent to paying for 2 Or more Broadway shows. But then why, when they first released the tickets, did they not release most of the seats, and then why are they releasing them now. Seems stupid when people like myself are willing to pay early for a reasonable seat and feel we have tied up our time and money only to later find out we should have waited and not been scammed. I have returned and purchased my tickets 3 times ( using the same credit card so I won’t get large bills. I am done searching, and even now better seats “appear”. I don’t know about anyone else on this board, but I feel a bit cheated. I hope this show lives up to the hype.

You're not alone, and it's been heavily discussed around here. Not sure if it was earlier in this thread or in another HP thread, but there are lots of posts (including several from me) about the maddening ticket sales process for this show.
