Anyone got a Broadway Aida poster they want taken off their hands? It was my mom's first Broadway show to see during her first NYC trip and she has a big birthday coming up. It seems to be locked away in some vault forever, and I really can't afford the $75 Triton Gallery one. I almost snagged one on ebay, but someone swept in right at the last minute!
Original OBC windowcards for AIDA have been out of print for a very long time and (in good condition) that are worth more than the $75 reproduction price. If you want that particular poster, it'll cost you.
Good luck! I agree with Jordan but I hope someone on here is looking to give one away. If it doesn't work out, there are other creative things too that you can do that will probably please your mother on her big birthday! I still remember lining up for Aida rush tickets starting at 4am back in the day (they sold rush tickets when the box office opened at 10am.)
thanks so much for all of the help! do you all know if there is any particular reason that this poster is so hard to find? I know that it's out of print but it seems like such a random show to have such rare windowcards for!
