I don't know all of the people, but the only ones who I know are less than 50 years old are John Leguizamo (who is 49), Scott Schwartz, and Stephen Karam (who may be the youngest -- I think he's 33 or 34). But I think the selection process for all the big awards is dominated by older people, so the Tonys are not alone in this by any means. And it makes sense on one level -- you want people who are doing the nominating to be accomplished in their field, which usually means they're older. But it probably skews the results to some extent.
