Some recent examples of actual "All Stars" in recent theatre productions:
Amy Adams - starred in several major Hollywood blockbuster films, has won multiple Golden Globes and has multiple Oscar nominations.
Ricky Martin - multi-platinum recording artist/international pop superstar.
Daniel Radcliffe - star of all 8 Harry Potter films, a multibillion dollar (and most profitable of all time?) movie franchise.
Nick Jonas - multi-platinum recording artist
Chris Rock - internationally recognized and acclaimed comedian.
Here are some examples of people who aren't all stars - everyone on your list. I'm not saying they aren't great actors but they're far from "big name."

I would love to see Gates McFadden do a Broadway show. Watching Clybourne Park, I thought she would be a great Bev/Kathy.
I ended up casting my own version as the one on Broadway was a bit of a let down, but that's a story for another thread...
