You know, I usually loathe all the Glee threads on the Broadway board and home page since it has to do with Hollywood and all, but for this... I'll make an exception :]

I'd rather see LaChiusa do it. Perhaps it can all be done as a flashback from a women's prison on the eve of Sue's execution ala MARIE CHRISTINE. Also, perhaps all of the scenes could be sung in recitative-style and the musical numbers spoken in rhymed verse. Definitely no dancing. But where to fit in the rape, fratricide and songs about sexual repression? Hmm...
Usually, the SAG Ensemble lists are a little more selective than they apparently are this year. Here is the list of who will be receiving the award if it goes to Glee:
DIANA AGRON / Quinn Fabray CHRIS COLFER / Kurt Hummel PATRICK GALLAGHER / Ken Tanaka JESSALYN GILSIG / Terri Schuester JANE LYNCH / Sue Sylvester JAYMA MAYS / Emma Pillsbury KEVIN McHALE / Arty Abrams LEA MICHELE / Rachel Berry CORY MONTEITH / Finn Hudson HEATHER MORRIS / Brittany MATTHEW MORRISON / Will Schuester AMBER RILEY / Mercedes NAYA RIVERA / Santana Lopez MARK SALLING / Puck HARRY SHUM JR. / Mike Chang JOSH SUSSMAN / Jacob Ben Israel DIJON TALTON / Matt Rutherford IQBAL THEBA / Principal Figgins JENNA USHKOWITZ / Tina
Some interesting notes: - Dianna Agron's name is spelled wrong on the official press release. I also thought it was "Artie," not "Arty." - have they ever mentioned Mercedes's last name? I know that Brittany does not have one. (Someone somewhere said that it was because she is so fabulous, like Cher.) - How many lines have the actors playing Matt and Mike actually had? Has Matt actually said anything at all?
"What was the name of that cheese that I like?"
"you can't run away forever...but there's nothing wrong with getting a good head start"
"well I hope and I pray, that maybe someday, you'll walk in the room with my heart"
