Skip it! I'm not one to skip class either, but some occasions call for it! I've skipped classes for several similar occasions and I can't tell you how glad I was that I did.
Honestly.. how many classes have you been to in your life? And how many chances do you have to meet Anthony Rapp?

ok I will get in trouble for this but I would not skip class, I mean somebody is paying a ton of money for collage, and do you really want to give that up?

a class is a committment to yourself.
You are only hurting yourself by not going.
However you only live once...FO FOR IT!

Screw the teacher. SKIP IT! It's Anthony Rapp how many times does an opportunity like that come along.

"We are all horrible influences."

You really are! re: SKIP OR NOT TO SKIP

I just don't want to dissapoint my parents but on the other hand (as you said)- how often does such a chance come along?
I realize that most 21 year old's don't even tell their parents they are going to skip; I just am so close with my parents and tell them EVERYTHING!

I hate to do it but my parents have to realize that I am an adult and even though I am extremely close with them, I am going to do some things that they don't always agree with.
I've been a good person for the most part...I don't drink, smoke, do drugs...and this is like a once in a lifetime thing.

Sometimes I am too uptight and don't let myself enjoy life.

I think I am gonna go. I better let myself go. I'll regret it if I don't go.
GO! GO! GO!

We're all going to be very disappointed if you don't, and you'd better give us details later!!

On the other hand, Horton- if you're paying a ton of money for collage perhaps you don't need to be skipping classes. Or find a cheaper source for arts and crafts...

I have almost the exact same problem, I have a rehearsal that I have to skip to go see Anthony. Of course, I said screw it, of course I'm going, even though I'm planning on missing a bunch more rehearsals, but I'm a bad kid. My advice is skip it, because you probably won't have another chance like this.

As for going into DC? I'm only in high school, and I'm taking the Metro in by myself. Olsson's isnt really in a bad neighborhood or anything, it should be fine.

I'm going in Chicago, and even though I do not have class, I'd skip one if I did. re: SKIP OR NOT TO SKIP
