On an isolated island, 10 guests arrive for a weekend holiday only to find a missing host, and intriguing nursery rhyme and MURDER. These guests, with apparently nothing in common, hear a disembodied voice during cocktails that accuses each of hiding a guilty and terrible secret. That night one of the guests dies, and the tension escalates as the guests soon realize that not only is a murderer on this island, but plans to strike again, and again, and again. Such is the plot of world-famous mystery writer Agatha Christie's play AND THEN THERE WERE NONE. When the novel of the same name was published in 1939, it was acclaimed for its "insolvability," and Christie herself considered its plot to be her greatest achievement.

The Spotlighters cast includes (in alphabetical order) Steve Avelleyra (Detective Bloor), CJ Crowe (Emily Brent), Karina Ferry (Vera Claythorne), Peter Fox (Dr. Armstrong), Mike Keating (General MacKenzie), John Kelso (Philip Lombard), Dennis Latkowski (Justice Lawrence Wargrave), Melissa McGinley (Ethel Rogers), Pat McPartlin (Rogers), Ryan Russell (Fred Narracott) and Mike Winchester (Anthony Marston). Spotlighters' audiences may remember Ferry, Fox, Keating, Latkowski, McGinley and Russell, all of whom combined, have 5 previous Spotlighters shows to their credit. CJ Crowe makes her Spotlighters debut, but is well-known in the Baltimore area as owner of Do or Die Productions, which performs interactive mysteries, many of which she writes and directs.

AND THEN THERE WERE NONE is being helmed by Randy Dalmas, making his directorial debut after years as an actor and assistant director. He is being assisted by Stephanie McLaughlin, also making her directorial debut, but with a nice list of productions to her credit as well. The production team includes Sherrionne Brown (sets), Greg Guarnaccia (lighting), Jeannie Dalmas (costumes), Robbie Heacock (sound), Anne O'Reilly and Claire Sherman (dialect coaches) and Kristen Bishel (stage management).
