In the spring of 2020, she graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Musical Theatre and Theatre Performance from North Central College in Naperville, IL. Miranda then completed an M.A. in Theatre Studies at the University of Houston in order to teach at the collegiate level, and she had so much joy getting to know the theatre scene through writing for BroadwayWorld Houston! She now lives in Madison, WI as a performing arts instructor and performer. When she is not in a classroom or on a stage, she enjoys running or watching her favorite TV shows of all time: "Friends", "New Girl", and "Modern Family"

'MJ' was a slick production with an extremely talented cast who executed some elite singing and dancing, and I know that the show is a crowd-favorite currently with numerous Tony Awards under its belt. Still, it did not strike me as significantly better or even different than any of the other bio-jukebox musicals that have been coming out.

'POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dubmass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive' is described as a 'feminist farce', which I think is the best definition of this delectable piece. I stepped into the theater one moment, and boom! It was done, flying by, and what a joy it was.

I first read THE LEGEND OF GEORGIA MCBRIDE when I was cast to play Jo in a directing class production. It seemed like such a fun show, with sassy lines, hilarious scenarios, and endearing characters. Walking into Stages for the first time, I was not sure what I was getting myself into. I could only imagine what a magic show would consist of…perhaps a few white rabbits, a deck of cards, and a fabulous dancer that gets cut in half. I went to the show with all these images in my mind, but due to a lack of experience, I ultimately had no expectations. To say that CHAMPIONS OF MAGIC exceeded what I was imagining is an understatement.
