Great Lakes Theater (GLT) is seeking child actors of all cultures and backgrounds, ages seven to thirteen, for their annual production of A Christmas Carol. Rehearsals will begin on November 11th, with performance dates scheduled from November 29th through December 23rd. Children auditioning for A Christmas Carol may not be fourteen years of age until December 24, 2011 or later.

This Sept 22nd, 23rd and 25th a Festival of Improvised Music will happen sponsored by C.O.M.A. @ ABC No-Rio. As the time for a complete building construction approaches (it will be torn down and another built in the same spot) A 3 day festival seemed appropriate.
