What did our critic think of THE ENORMOUS CROCODILE at Children's Theatre Company?

George Abud, esteemed Broadway actor and now playwright, has had a wonderfully varied career. From his moving work in The Visit, The Band’s Visit, and most recently his star turn in Lempicka, George has become a force within the theater community.

The Guthrie theater is no stranger to fostering new works but the latest world premiere is one that certainly is destined to be one of the most memorable. Reintroducing audiences to the Dowling Studio, George Abud’s playwriting debut, is one of the most poignant and honest works about assessing our lives when the end of our lives is in sight.

What did our critic think of CABARET at Guthrie Theater?

If a show based around love, obsession, and a spiraling descent into madness seems like an alluring night at the theater, look no further than Theater Latté Da’s newest production of the rarely mounted Sondheim-Lapin collaboration, Passion.

Even the best laid plans can have their wrinkles and loose ends that may eventually unravel. This is evidenced in the Guthrie Theater’s newest production, The Nacirema Society.

BroadwayWorld was lucky enough to chat with Gillian about her experiences and what she hopes to bring to a role that has become truly legendary.

What did our critic think of THE SNOWY DAY at MN Opera?

In Milo Cramer’s searing one man show, School Pictures, he carefully and masterfully brings to life the stories of students that he had the pleasure of tutoring for many years in New York City. Told through a series of songs, accompanied by a variety of instruments all played by Cramer, he details his experiences while tutoring ten different students.
