KADM Productions has announced the West Coast premiere of The Inventor, The Escort, The Photographer, Her Boyfriend and His Girlfriend, Matt Morillo's raucous new sex comedy, for a limited engagement at the Lounge Theatre in Hollywood. There will be one preview performance on June 1, with opening night set for Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 8:00. The Inventor ... will play through July 8.

Emerging Artists Theater will make its third trip to the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival May 14-20 with the world premiere of Kathleen Warnock's "Outlook," directed by Mark Finley ("Penny Penniworth" Off-Broadway, "The Secretaries," NY Fringe).

"My Way: A Tribute to Frank Sinatra" celebrates the pivotal moments of Sinatra's life which would solidify his legendary status. Previews for the World Premiere season of An Officer and a Gentleman commence at the Sydney Lyric Theatre tomorrow night, May 8, ahead of the Gala Opening Night on Friday May 18.

Under the new leadership of Bud Martin, the Delaware Theatre Company today announced its program up to Feburary 2013.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Michael Marquardt announced today that Bud Martin has been appointed Executive Director of the Delaware Theatre Company (DTC). "We're extremely excited about Bud joining the organization and look forward to working with him and the staff on an exciting 34th season. Bud has an impressive track record in both artistic and business leadership and has deep connections in the theatre community throughout the United States as well as internationally. We could not be more pleased that the Delaware Theatre Company will be his new artistic home, "said Mr. Marquardt.

The Endangered Species Project's May reading will be Juno and the Paycock by Sean O'Casey. The play was last performed professionally in Seattle at the Bathhouse Theatre in 1985, and through the kind auspices of the Seattle Public Theatre, Juno returns to the Bathhouse there via ESP's May 21 reading.

To raise money for music and children's charities, concert pianist Anthony Hewitt - the Olympianist - will cycle with piano 'in tow' from Land's End to John O'Groats to complete 1,200 miles in 21 days. With a piano trailing in the BeethoVAN, the avid cyclist will cover up to 100 miles a day, giving 27 concerts en route. The Herculean journey across Britain's hilly countryside will see Anthony ascend more than 20,000 metres - the equivalent of more than twice the elevation of Mt. Everest. He will perform in established venues and remote locations with his piano on a pop-up stage on the back of the BeethoVAN.

In June, TheatreWorks New Milford will present GOLDA'S BALCONY by William Gibson, the engrossing one-woman production centered on the first female prime minister of Israel.

The theatrics of Broadway are coming to the California African American Museum (CAAM) during their Target Sundays program, Broadway Bound, on Sunday, May 6, 2012, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. The event co-hosted by two-time Obie Award winner, Charlayne Woodard and actor Jeffrey Anderson-Gunter will feature veteran actors, singers and dancers of Broadway and an art workshop, hosted by local artist and educator Teresa Tolliver, beginning at noon.
