Ground Floor Theatre has teamed up with Deaf Austin Theatre for our December Musical In keeping with GFTs mission of producing ground breaking works by and for underrepresented communities, this production of Tom Kitt & Brian Yorkeys Pulitzer prize winning Next to Normal will be fully deaf inclusive. Next to Normal is the story of Diana Goodman and her family., Diana has lived with bipolar depressive disorder for the past seventeen years since the loss of her infant son -- her illness has affected everyone in her life, and has nearly torn her family apart.This is a moving story, told through an incredible score and brought to life in both English and American Sign Language.
