Bonnie and Clyde are Texas legends–but what do we really know about the dubious duo? The latest installment in Crank Collective’s Texas History Musicals, The True Story of Bonnie and Clyde is a light-hearted, hour-long musical about the infamous lovers' lives. Set in the 1930s, the musical is based on newspaper accounts from two Dallas reporters who were hell-bent on pursuing the notorious outlaws–by any means necessary. Backed by a live band, the show runs from February 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14 at The City Theatre. Tickets are available at texshows.com.
