The Filigree Theatre Presents “Photograph 51” at The Filigree Theatre

The second show in The Filigree Theatre’s special Fifth Anniversary Season, “Photograph 51,” written by Anna Ziegler, will start Thursday, Jan. 25 and continue through Sunday, Jan. 28 starting at 8 p.m. each night, with a 3 p.m. Sunday matinee, at the Factory on 5th (3409 E. 5th St., Austin, TX 78702). The show will then run the following Thursday - Sunday at 8 p.m., with the same matinee on Sunday at 3 p.m., until close on Feb. 4. This show continues to capture this anniversary season’s theme, “The Woman in the Story,” by highlighting the trials and tribulations of female scientist Rosalind Franklin as she discovers the DNA's double-helix structure. This production will be staged in-the-round, meaning the audience will be seated on all four sides of the central stage.
