The Sarofim School of Fine Arts Theatre Department is pleased to present Heathers: the Musical, an adaptation by Laurence O'Keefe and Kevin Murphy of the 1980s cult-classic film. Veronica enters the world of high-stakes high school games when she becomes part of The Heathers: a controlling, manipulative clique that rules over Westerberg High School. She is excited to be part of it all until J.D., the mysterious new kid in town, lures her to an even darker side. Join us as we pay homage to the 80s cult classic film by Daniel Waters. Get ready for scrunchies, shoulder pads and satirical homicidal music in this rock musical! Southwestern University's Jesse H. and Mary Gibbs Jones Theater, 1001 E.
