Bus Stop at The City Theatre

William Inge’s American classic where eight snowbound strangers stranded at a Midwest diner get a full serving of love, longing and loneliness. Cherie’s a hard-up nightclub singer. Bo’s a good ol’ cowboy. And when a bus leaves them stranded somewhere between Topeka and Kansas City, they spend the night discovering truths and uncovering lies. Of course, it all comes with a warm side of romance and laughter, and the ageless pursuit of honesty, personal desire, and companionship, for all of the weary travelers, is the soup du jour. March 11 – April 3. Thursday - Saturday 8:00 pm. Sunday 3:00 pm.
