Video: HELLO, DOLLY! Dance Rehearsal at Ogunquit Playhouse

Ogunquit Playhouse has shared dance rehearsal footage from its upcoming production of HELLO, DOLLY!, offering a look at the cast working through the show's choreography in New York ahead of the Maine opening. The choreography team of William Carlos Angulo and Gianna Vasquez Bartolini led the session, with dance captain Charlie Ray also on hand to guide the company through the material.
HELLO, DOLLY! features a book by Michael Stewart and music and lyrics by Jerry Herman. The show centers on the irrepressible matchmaker Dolly Levi as she meddles in the lives of the residents of Yonkers, New York, and pursues a match of her own. The score includes some of the most recognizable songs in the American musical theatre canon.
As previously reported by BroadwayWorld, the Ogunquit Playhouse production will star Tony Award winner Beth Leavel in the title role, with Tony Award winner Matt Doyle and Ruthie Ann Miles also in the cast. Performances begin July 23 in Ogunquit, Maine.
The production is part of a busy summer season at the Ogunquit Playhouse, which is currently running AIN'T TOO PROUD through mid-June before HELLO, DOLLY! takes the stage.
