While she's not officially listed that way in the program, HAMILTON ensemble member Ariana DeBose is proud to carry the hashtag #TheBullet, named for her vital role in the climactic scene of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Broadway smash.

Along with appearing eight times a week in the record-breaking 16-time Tony nominated hit, DeBose is also prepping for her June 19th appearance at the 26th Annual Broadway Bares benefit, that sizzling night when the hottest ensemble dancers in town show their stuff in sexy striptease production numbers.

This year's showcase is called BROADWAY BARES: On Demand and, as always, money raised goes to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Visit broadwaybares.com.

Backstage during a recent performance, DeBose spoke with cast-mate Javier Muñoz, who has received raves for his performances in the title role as Lin-Manuel Miranda' alternate, earning him the nickname Javilton.

In the touching video, he explains how BC/EFA has greatly assisted him in paying for the astronomical costs of medical treatment.

HAMILTON opened on August 6, 2016 at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre. The cast of Hamilton is comprised of Lin-Manuel Miranda (Alexander Hamilton), Daveed Diggs (Marquis De Lafayette, Thomas Jefferson), Renée Elise Goldsberry (Angelica Schuyler), Christopher Jackson (George Washington), Rory O'Malley (King George), Jasmine Cephas Jones (Peggy Schuyler, Maria Reynolds), Javier Muñoz (Hamilton alternate), Okieriete Onaodowan (Hercules Mulligan, James Madison), Leslie Odom, Jr. (Aaron Burr), Anthony Ramos (John Laurens, PhilipHamilton) and Phillipa Soo (Eliza Hamilton).

With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical direction and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Founding Father AlexanderHamilton.

Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway,HAMILTON is the story of America then, as told by America now.
