A Leicester Haymarket Theatre Production in association with the Tricycle Theatre London, present a brand new show - based on real events, with drama, comedy, an exciting young cast and original music.

The Fortune Club is currently being premiered at The Tricycle Theatre in London prior to its debut at the Leicester Haymarket Theatre. Commissioned by the Leicester Haymarket Theatre, The Fortune Club emerged from a specific writing project Hasana - an Asian writers residency that was developed in association with Leicester Comedy Festival and Theatre Writing Partnership.

It's New Years Eve at The Fortune Club - a rundown East End pub.

A group of friends - Gilly, Zaq, Mark, Tink, Priya and her sister Renu meet up to celebrate.

Into this mix enters old school-friend Simmy who handles the accounts of the rich and famous...and a plan is hatched to escape the rat-race forever, to chase the big dream and chance it. Will they succeed?
