STAGE TUBE: Candidate Rick Perry Stumbles at Presidential Debate on CNBC

On last night's Republican debate broadcast live on CNBC, candidate Rick Perry had what one CNN reporter referred to as the "most embarrassing moment of any debate."

When the Texas Governor was asked about cutting back on government spending, the candidate attempted to list the three governmental agencies that he would do away with if elected president.  However, he appeared to draw a blank when it came to naming the third agency on his list. 

Stumbled Perry, "The third agency of government I would - I would do away with Education, the Commerce, and, let's see. I can't. The third one, I can't. Sorry. Oops."
