The tour launches in New York City and then travels to Chicago and San Diego.
Composers Concordance will present the world premiere of the mini-tour Seth & Gene's Excellent Electroacoustic Adventure, an 80-minute electroacoustic multimedia experience featuring live music, spoken word, and continuous video projection at every performance. The tour launches in New York City and then travels to Chicago and San Diego.
At the center of this adventure are two fearless sonic explorers: Seth Boustead on piano and Gene Pritsker on electric guitar and Di.J. (Digital Jockey). Together, they fuse composed music, improvisation, electronics, and performance art, joined by a rotating cast of guest musicians, poets, and video artists.
Each stop on the tour features full-length video throughout the entire performance, created by an international array of video artists. The visuals are a core structural element of the work—shaping the pacing, atmosphere, and narrative of the music across all three cities. Poetry by writers associated with Composers Concordance is also integrated into every performance, creating a layered experience where sound, image, and language collide.
Following its New York premiere at Westbeth, the adventure continues westward:

Seth & Gene's Excellent Electroacoustic Adventure is not just a concert—it's a fully integrated touring multimedia event: a sonic road trip with live electronics, cinematic visuals, and poetic detours. With video, music, and text woven together at every stop, the project celebrates collaboration, experimentation, and creative risk across cities and disciplines.
