Martin Short will appear nationally on "Charlie Rose" on Monday, November 13, airing in New York City on Thirteen / WNET New York 11 p.m.

Fame Becomes Me is the new comedy musical co-written by Martin Short and Daniel Goldfarb (Modern Orthodox) with additional material by Alan Zweibel (700 Sundays) and featuring music and lyrics by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman (Hairspray).

The show "features Short in a comic tour de force guiding us through an improbable version of his life story. Backed by a brilliant cast of top Broadway performers (who constantly steal focus from Mr. Short when he's not looking), Short's transparent play for love and attention asks the burning question, does an autobiography really have to be true?"

Directed by Wittman, Fame Becomes Me plays at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street).  For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit www.martinshortthemusical.com.
