Jed Bernstein to Share Insights on 'Theater Talk'

This weekend on CUNY TV's "Theater Talk," Encore, producer Jed Bernstein will be featured.

Bernstein, who recently stepped down from his post as Executive Director of the League of American Theaters and Producers, will give a behind-the-scenes view of his 10 years in charge of the key Broadway trade organization.

"He will discuss facing many challenges - including the musicians strike and the impact of 9/11 on the theater business - as well as the wrangling his constituency, the bigger-than-life egos who pump the cash into Broadway and keep the industry alive," according to press notes.

The show, which is co-hosted by The New York Post's Michael Riedel and producer Susan Haskins, airs on CUNY TV: Saturday at 8:30 PM, Sunday at 12:30 PM, Monday at 7:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM.  Visit www.theatertalk.org for more information.
