Miles Aubrey will be playing the role of "Charlie Calello" in the upcoming film adaptation of the musical JERSEY BOYS, directed by Clint Eastwood, BroadwayWorld has confirmed. Miles was in the original first national touring company of JERSEY BOYS and is currently a five year member of the Broadway company, playing the role of Norm Waxman.

Broadway's John Lloyd Young stars in the role of legendary singer Frankie Valli. Joining Young in the cast are Erich Bergen as Bob Gaudio, Christopher Walken as Gyp DeCarlo, Mike Doyle as Bob Crew, Joey Russo as Joe Pesci, Erica Piccininni as Lorraine, Donnie Kehr as Norm Waxman, Jeremy Luke as Donnie and Johnny Cannizzaro as Nick DeVito, and Kathrine Narducci as Mary Rinaldi.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Eastwood specifically wanted to cast the main roles with stage actors from the show's currently running Broadway, touring and international productions.

JERSEY BOYS is the journey of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time: Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide - all before they were thirty.

Miles has also been seen on Broadway in Ring of Fire and has performed on the Grand Ole Opry, the Tonight Show and the Tony Awards.
