Hugh Dancy and actress Clare Danes wed in a quiet ceremony in France a couple of weeks ago, MSNBC reports. The couple met while filming "Evening" in Newport, R.I., and announced their engagement last February.

Dancy is slated to star in the upcoming MCC production of PRIDE, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre from January 27 through March 20, 2010. Dancy has previously starred on Broadway as Captain Dennis Stanhope in Journey's End at Belasco Theatre and is emerging as a big screen powerhouse with starring roles in Adam, Savage Grace, and Confessions of a Shopaholic.

Perhaps best known for her role as Angela Chase in the television series My So-Called Life, and for starring in films such as Romeo + Juliet, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and Stardust, Clare Danes appeared in several Off-Broadway plays including Happiness, Punk Ballet, and Kids On Stage, in which she choreographed her own solo dance. She has received a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy nomination for My So-Called Life, and has also worked in theatre and as a voice actor in Princess Mononoke.

Tickets for Dancy's PRIDE will go on sale Tuesday, December 15. For more information, visit www.mcctheater.org.
