Creative minds don't think like everybody else. Last Monday night, after millions watched the cast of HAMILTON perform the opening number of Lin-Manuel Miranda's smash hit musical, Washington D.C.'s Kate Ramsayer didn't just sit in front of her television wondering how she could get tickets.

Instead, as explained to Mashable, she sent an email to her pals Helen Fields and Joanna Church that just said two words: Alexander Hamilpeep.

The trio had entered the Washington Post's Peeps Diorama Contest before, but this time their inspiration looks revolutionary. Past contestants entered with scenes depicting such iconic figures as Marilyn Monroe, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and King Tut. Kate, Helen and Joanna are hoping that the Ten Dollar Founding Father will help them take home the $500 American Express gift card prize.

Check out their masterpeep in detail in the photos below.

From the creative team behind the Tony Award-winning In The Heights comes a wildly inventive new musical about the scrappy young immigrant who forever changed America: AlexanderHamilton. George Washington,Thomas Jefferson, Eliza Hamilton, and lifelongHamiltonfriend and foe,Aaron Burr, all attend this revolutionary tale of America's fiery past told through the sounds of the ever-changing nation we've become.
