Join us at Art Basel this year in Hall 2, Booth E10, where we are proud to present a selection of exceptional works drawn from the Helga and Walther Lauffs Collection, one of Europe's most important private collections of 20th century post-war art. Our presentation comprises key examples of Arte Povera, Minimalism, Post-Minimalism, and Conceptual Art and will include major works by Lucio Fontana, On Kawara, Yves Klein, Joseph Kosuth, Sol LeWitt, Giulio Paolini, and Fred Sandback, as well as important works on paper by Joseph Beuys, Christo, and Hanne Darboven. Additionally, we look forward to featuring significant works by gallery artists including Francis Alÿs, Marlene Dumas, Dan Flavin, Gordon Matta-Clark, John McCracken, Neo Rauch, and Luc Tuymans, some of which were commissioned specifically for the fair.

For the gallery's inaugural European exhibition since it began representing the Estate of Dan Flavin, Art Unlimited will feature Flavin's seminal, site-related light installation, three sets of tangented arcs in daylight and Cool White (to Jenny and Ira Licht), 1969. The artist created this work for his first retrospective, held in 1969 at the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa. Our installation in Basel will be the first time the work has been shown since that groundbreaking exhibition. Comprised of six alternating arc-like structures of daylight and Cool White fluorescent lamps aligned end to end, spanning and bisecting the walls and floor of an enclosed room, this large-scale construction represents one of Flavin's most significant works.
