HARD-CORN CORN Comes to Frigid

Kelly Haramis is an uncontrollable food addict in "Hard-Core CORN," a one-woman show directed by David Knoell. And Kelly's popcorn-jonesing life is about to get flipped upside down after she meets a nutrition guru. Find out what happens when Kelly navigates a maze of maize--through hilarious newscasts, cooking shows and personal confessions--in a world turned against her. Kelly is excited to return to FRIGID NY Festival with her second one-woman show! She performed "Hard-Core CORN" at the 2018 Minnesota Fringe Festival, 2017 Chicago Fringe Festival, where she sold out her venue.

She performed her previous show "Double Happiness: A Tale of Love, Loss, and One Forever Family" (directed by David Knoell), at FRIGID NY Fest 2014. She debuted "Double Happiness" in May 2012 at Studio Be in Chicago. In addition to the FRIGID NY, she has performed "Double Happiness" at Chicago Fringe (2015), St-Ambroise Montreal Fringe Festival (2014), Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival (2013), Ithaca Fringe Festival (2016) as well as several venues in the Chicago area.
