Idina Shares Her NYC Favorites

Menzel shares of movie house Film Forum, "The most beautiful thing about Manhattan to me is in the wintertime. If it snows on the weekend when the snow plows aren't as ready and everyone's not treading through dirtying up the snow, it makes the city get really, really quiet and softens the sound. And, if you have the right boots on, are with the right friends and go to the right pub and see the right movie, it's kind of like a perfect New York moment for me."

Idina Visits LIVE

Menzel stopped by this morning's LIVE WITH KELLY AND MICHAEL to perform the holiday classic "Do You Hear What I Hear?". Check out the performance below and click here to hear Menzel chat about her early career singing at bar mitzvahs and weddings!

Check out their performance below! "I wasn't prepared for that!," an emotional Menzel commented following the performance. "If you ever need to be reminded of taking risk, just spend a little time with these wonderful women who come out of this city into the country and escape from their everyday life. They're my inspiration. Thank you."
