IN THE WINGS is a story about everyday 'stuff', about choices and ultimately about possibility.

Being a big sister is a tough role to play. And when you think that your little sister needs lots of help, it is rather difficult to make a decision to stop helping and start following your life's dream.

What will your mom do? She probably can't manage on her own and what about your sister's dreams - will they be realised if you desert her now.

Jo wants to study design overseas, Kath is cerebral palsied and finishing off school at a mainstream school and there isn't a lot of money. Living with a disability is interesting - for the person who has the disability and for those around her.
