College of Magic to Bring IMAGINE! to Artscape Theatre

Cape Town families are in for the most captivating experience of their lives when the College of Magic presents the spellbinding family magic spectacular, IMAGINE! at the Artscape Theatre this May.

This dazzling show features South Africa's top children's entertainers in a fantastical world filled with incredible illusions, dazzling magic, hilarious antics and fun-filled fantasy for the whole family. A beguiling adventure for the young and the young at heart, IMAGINE! promises to a magical extravaganza that audiences will never forget.

Celebrating 36 years of teaching the art of magic and its allied arts to children and adults in 2016, the College of Magic is a non-profit organisation and the only one of its kind in the world. Director David Gore says:

The Artscape Theatre is certainly one of the most enchanting venues in Cape Town! To once again stage one of our mega magic shows at the theatre is an amazing honour. Join us as our incredible performers whisk you away to a land of make-believe-come-true!

Full of incredible illusions, dazzling magic and hilarious antics, the concert helps the College of Magic with a much more serious task: reaching marginalised young people through the arts. The college aims to provide children with hope and skills; teaching them that their destinies need not be determined by their circumstance.
