His Off-Broadway credits include Road Show, King Lear, an oak tree, The Apple Tree, Wintertime, Fifth of July, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Blood Sports and Total Eclipse. Joel Dommel is originally from Whitehall, PA, is a recent graduate of The Hartt School with a BFA in Music Theatre. Regional credits include: The Who's Tommy (Captain Walker), Sweeney Todd (Anthony Hope), Titanic: The Musical (Frederick Barrett), and Parade (Britt Craig). Joel was also featured as the lead role in the new musical 'Not Wanted on the Voyage' (Dr. Noyes), as apart of the Goodspeed Opera House's New Artist Festival in 2012. Joel has recently moved to New York and is humbled and honored to be a part of this NYMF competition.
