After the death of his father, Benjamin starts a new life in a seaside town in New York where he and his mother move into a strange gothic house with a terrible history. From the moment Benjamin starts to settle in, he feels he was being watched. He is sure they were not alone in the house. As Benjamin learns of his new home, he is told of a past resident who fell to her death on the nearby cliffs at the same time that her teenage son, Eli, disappeared. Eli, now a ghostly apparition, appears to Benjamin and claims that his mother's death was a murder, not suicide and asks for Benjamin's help in bringing the dangerous killer to justice. The mystery unfolds as Benjamin enlists the help of the hunky new friend he has made named Joe. A romance develops between them, but does Joe know more about the murder and disappearance than he is letting on? Will Benjamin live to solve the murder? This story is the first in a series of Paranormal Fantasy/Gay Romance that kicks off an epic trilogy of love, life and a fight to survive. For further information, on his writing visit G.W. Meg Benjamin Releases Third Book in Contemporary Romance Salt Box Trilogy – 'Running On Empty'
by BWW News Desk - Nov 17, 2016

Except this is Fairstein, and nothing is ever simple with them. Ronnie's boss at the Blarney Stone bar and café, owner Ted Saltzman, is a lot less convinced that another Fairstein show is just what Ronnie needs, particularly when he's head over heels about Ronnie himself. But she's determined, and he's a man in love. Ted becomes her running coach, which fans their budding romance to a fever. But can Ronnie's newfound confidence stand up to the usual Fairstein plots? Karma Deki's Bhutanese film Kushuthara Pattern of Love has won tremendous praise throughout Asia and is currently preparing its American release. It has done very well on the international film festival circuit picking up many awards.  The film is stunning on many levels. First, it is a fascinating romance that develops between an American journalist/ photographer Charlie (Emrhys Cooper) and native weaver Chokimo (Kezang Wangmo). Set in the village of Kurtoe-Menjey in the Kingdom of Bhutan, the plot has Chokimo already in love with villager Bumpala. When Charlie and Chokimo meet for the first time, they experience a kind of deja vu. Their attraction goes very, very deep. It is an example of what the natives believe to be Karmic reincarnation. Charlie and Chokimo were somehow connected in many past lives. (more...)
